I'm having problems using Festhome TV

We recommend the following web browsers for Festhome TV: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge). We do not recommend the Safari browser.

I’m having problems with watching the screenings

If you are having problems with watching the films, please check that you don’t have any VPN connections or ad-blocker programmes on your computer. We also recommend trying the incognito mode on your browser or emptying the cache memory.

With every ticket, you can only watch each film once. If you have watched a film almost entirely, the system might interpret, that you have already watched it if you leave it on pause for a longer time. We recommend watching the films in their totality without longer pauses. Shorter pauses should not affect watching the film to the ens.

Screenings that have multiple films work in a way where the system interprets which films you have already watched and only shows the ones you haven’t watched yet. You can watch single films inside a screening whenever and in different times during the festival, but if you pause for a long time in the middle of a film, the system might interpret that you have already watched that film.
